Factory defects are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for each product we offer. All return requests must be initiated by contacting us. Return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise and must include a detailed description of the defect, along with photos of the issue. We will forward this information to the manufacturer for review and coordinate the return process in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and return policy. Please do not ship the product until you receive return authorization and shipping instructions from us.
