Jesse Kassner began her riding career in 1984 and transitioned to dressage in the early 1990s, quickly dedicating herself to the development of classical fundamentals. She was asked to be an instructor at age 17 in 1994. After graduating from university, she founded JKK Dressur, LLC, in 1999, where she has since taught, trained, and sold horses throughout the region. Jesse further refined her expertise through extensive training with FEI competitors and classical dressage masters in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany, ultimately riding Grand Prix horses across three countries.
Committed to lifelong learning, Jesse has trained with renowned dressage authorities including Col. Von Ziegner, Dr. HLM Van. Shaek, Catherine Haddad-Staller, Dominique Barbier, Paula and Michael Kierkegaard, ,Charles de Kunffy, Tom Poulin, and more. Her teaching emphasizes the training scale, biomechanics of horse and rider, and the development of true feel through correct fundamentals. Known for her keen eye and ability to connect horse and rider, Jesse is passionate about passing on the depth of knowledge she gained through decades of high-level training.
